His attention to detail and his ability to fully consider the meaning of witness accounts or, equally, skeptics' refutations, allows him to posit not just reasonable summations but, too, sound rebuttals that frankly, moves the informed and studied discussion of UFO's, such as it is, forward.Indeed, since the Air Force officers and scientists who wrote logically about UFO's between the 1950's and late 1970's (i.e. Ruppelt, Hynek, Valle, Michel, McDonald, Catoe, the Lorenzens, Saunders, Edwards, Fowler, etc.), sadly, in more modern decades, there has been fewer well researched logical and innovative studies written – but UFOS & Nukes shows serious research continues asking questions little studied before.
